Your initial “Contact Us” or Get Started Now” will be reviewed by NP Alex. We will ask you to fill out an initial questionnaire about your past medical health history and current symptoms. It will help NP Alex to understand your health concerns in order to provide the appropriate lab requisition for blood test. Once we receive your intake form and payment, in approximately 2 days we will email you a blood test requisition form. You will take this blood test requisition and go to the lab in your area. Blood test to be done in the morning before 9AM you will need to fast for 12hrs before blood test -no food or drink. Once we receive your blood work results, NP Alex will assess and let you know if you are eligible for the treatment. If you are eligible, we will contact you and book your initial consultation with NP Alex. You will need to make payment before the consultation.

You will need to do blood work prior to the appointment and NP Alex will determine if you are eligible for treatment.  During the initial consultation you will share how you have been feeling. You will get a recommendation for your treatment based on the results of your blood work and the description of your symptoms. NP Alex believes in treating the person, not the number, meaning that blood work will be done for reference, but your treatment plan will be driven largely based on your description of how you are feeling. For this reason, we encourage complete openness. If you wish to begin your treatment, NP Alex will fax prescriptions to the pharmacy same-day.

You will receive an email with the payment link. Once we receive the payment we will contact you to book your consultation appointment.
